Central New York

A place for everyone to be who they are

Memory cafés are free, welcoming gatherings across Central New York for people living with memory changes — and the caregivers, family, and friends who support them. Coffee, conversation, music, and no need to explain anything.

Who we are

What is a memory café?

A memory café is a relaxed, social space — not a medical program or support group — where people with memory changes and their care partners can connect over coffee, activities, and conversation. The idea started in the Netherlands and has since spread to hundreds of communities across the country, including right here in Central New York. Every café on this site is free to attend.
